I feel the same way. It appears that I'm just as stubborn about going to bed early as I am about getting-up. Steve Pavlina wrote a great article about this where he suggests just making yourself get-up at the same time every morning and then you'll naturally be tired and go to bed reasonably… easier said than done. I've had best success with scheduling things with other people to keep me accountable or turning on a TV show when my alarm goes off. My real goal is to be able to get up without tricking myself and be authentically motivated to act according to my highest self in the moment.

oh yeah… me too… wonna team up… i actually wonna go to bed early n then wake up early… like 5am or something…
